Quality of patient care is of the utmost importance at St. Vincent Hospital. Significant time and effort are spent by all staff to provide the best care possible for our patients. The following should give you information about our quality measures and improvements, clinical outcome data, patient safety, and our high standards of care.

 At SVH we are constantly evaluating ways to improve our patient-centered care and commitment to rural healthcare. Our efforts to serve our patients better includes communication with patients and families and a model of transparency with our quality data.

 Access to this information allows you to feel confident in our organization and our commitment to you.  We use the data to help us set and meet improvement goals.

 

In the latter part of 2012 St. Vincent Hospital began the practice of reporting quality data. In the near future, you will be able to compare our hospital with others at the websites below.

 

•Hospital Compare: An online resource that provides you with information on how well the hospitals in your area care for all their adult patients with certain medical conditions.

•Colorado Hospital Report Card: A website with information on hospital quality in Colorado.
