St Vincent Hospital Physical Therapy delivers high-quality treatment aimed to meet
the needs of our patients.
We are passionate about our profession and our community and
achieving the best possible outcomes for our patients. 
We specialize in post-injury and post-surgical rehabilitation, low-back and neck pain,  as well as 
sports medicine for recreational and elite athletes.
Our Providers:

Joe Reitan, PT, DPT was born in Chicago, IL and raised in NW Indiana. He attended Indiana University and then went on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Hartford in 2010. He began practicing physical therapy in Boise, ID for three years and then enjoyed two years of travel therapy before moving to Summit County CO. As a result, Joe has practiced in over 65 different clinics across the country and has a wide range of experiences. He has treated patients in pediatrics, sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, traumatic brain injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s Disease.

Joe is very active and has participated in numerous triathlons including the Ironman distance. He also raced in the Little 500 cycling event at Indiana University. Joe, a Hoosier at heart, has settled down with his wife, Liz, daughter, Hannah, and dog, Charlie, here in the mountains. In their free time, they enjoy hiking, skiing, and camping.


Kelsey Kuehn, PT, DPT is a native of Oklahoma. She attended The University of Oklahoma for her undergraduate schooling, and then she moved to north-west Texas to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Hardin-Simmons University in 2015. Her love for the outdoors quickly drew her to Colorado, and she has worked and lived in Colorado Springs since graduating PT school.  Kelsey has joined the St. Vincent Physical Therapy team as a travel physical therapist and will be here until the end of May. Her primary experience is in manual physical therapy techniques including visceral techniques, but she also brings a solid background in general orthopedics and neurological impairments such as spinal cord injuries, stroke, and traumatic brain injury.

Kelsey’s passion for the outdoors includes hiking, backpacking, camping and rock climbing. She is rarely without her camera and is an avid nature and wildlife photographer. Kelsey’s love for travel has taken her to several countries, and she is fluent in Spanish.
