Healthcare billing is extremely complex. There are many processes, procedures and items that are billed each time you come to the hospital; whether for hospitalization or for an out-patient procedure. Each insurance company has different requirements from pre-authorizing your visit, to what form we provide them for billing, and what contractual adjustments they take off the bill.
